Useful tips for crew

My advice to anyone considering entering into the industry is be careful with the money you earn but don't be a scrooge. I would also tell newcomers that the job is a lot more demanding than most anticipate. - Amanda Garrett: Stew
Useful tips for crew

My advice to new crew is when you are looking for a job as a couple don't cut your nose off to spite your face. If you can't find a job together, split up for a bit, something will almost always crop up further down the line. - Grant Hughes: Captain
Micheal Cameron: Mate

My advice to those wanting to get on a boat is to hold out for the right job and then be prepared to work real hard once you are on board. If you want to do something stop thinking about and talking about it, just do it!
